“First impressions matter,” Jaleesa explains. “If guests walk into an accommodation that isn’t spotless or find dishes left behind, it immediately impacts their perception of the park. Comfort is key. “It’s the little things you notice when they’re missing. Like a cleaning cloth or toilet roll. Guests appreciate not having to bring everything themselves.” There are even special sets for families with children or pets, ensuring everyone feels welcome. “Dogs are part of the family now, so a dog set is always appreciated.”
Sustainability is also on the rise. “We see a growing demand for eco-friendly sets with organic dish soap, bio-based cloths, and recycled brushes. The challenge is keeping these options affordable, but the trend is clear: convenience and sustainability go hand in hand.” Quality and consistency remain crucial. “We deliver what we promise. Customers know exactly what to expect.”
The biggest challenge at the start of the season? “Last-minute orders! Around Easter, the traditional season kick-off, we get a flood of rush requests. Luckily, we keep standard sets in stock so no one misses out.”
