Hans Paul Visscher hands over daily management of Wecovi

Wecovi, the innovative family business with more than 50 years of national and international experience in the leisure and cleaning industry, is pleased to announce a change in day-to-day management. As of 8 January, the role of Managing Director will be transferred from current director/owner Hans Paul Visscher to Henk Toering.

A new chapter for Wecovi

Hans Paul Visscher, who joined Wecovi at a young age and took over daily management from his father in 1997, has, under his leadership, grown the company into a solid partner in the leisure and cleaning industry. After careful consideration, Hans Paul Visscher feels this is the right time to hand over the daily management to Henk Toering "After 33 years of working at Wecovi, 26 of which as general manager and owner, it feels like the right time to hand over the daily management of Wecovi. As sole owner, I will of course remain closely involved in the development of Wecovi and will ensure the safeguarding of Wecovi's DNA. I will continue to contribute strategically and commercially," emphasises Hans Paul Visscher. This new appointment marks a new chapter for Wecovi, with a continued focus on quality, sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Sustainable growth

In recent years, Henk Toering has watched with admiration as Wecovi has successfully entered the market. Full of enthusiasm, he now looks forward to shaping the continued sustainable and international growth of Wecovi. As managing director, with more than 15 years of experience in renewing and improving strategic policies, Henk emphasises his focus on creating impact, seeking connection and striving for joint success. "My passion lies in growing an organisation. I am looking forward to working with the Wecovi team to continue the growth of the Wecoline and Wecovi Service brands."

Continuity assured

The new management team consists of Henk Toering (Managing Director), Derik Landman (Commercial Director) and Remco van der Weide (Finance Director). Together, they will continue Wecovi's course and strive for further growth and innovation. Wecovi assures its stakeholders, customers and suppliers that this change is designed to ensure continuity and continue the existing growth plans. Despite the shifts in day-to-day management, owner Hans Paul Visscher will remain active in the background within Wecovi, where he will continue to contribute to encourage the family and customer-focused corporate culture.
